Yes, I think it worth asking Fred about the Contingent Assets, as disclosed at note 10 on page 17 of the half-year report.
In the event that there IS some recovery of the $206million and $137million owed , could we get some clarification as to whether such returns - which at this stage are being carried at zero value in ARL's accounts - will be distributed to current ARL shareholders, or ex-PIF unit/shareholders (who suffered the loss), or is the plan that such potential returns are reinvested rather than distributed ?
