I'm not a fan - management should be too busy doing their job for this - there are so many online forums for discussing stocks - it could end up a full time job. No, I think users of HC, and HC itself, need to take responsibility
1) report posts where they have unsubstantiated claims
2) report posts when off-topic, within reason - we all stray from time to time, but some of the recent activity here has been over the top
3) try to respond respectfully, and with facts/evidence/links, to those posters who repeat unsubstantiated claims again and again
