The timetable below assumes the return of capital is approved by shareholders:

11 December 2014Implementation date for capital return – cheques despatched (or direct credits paid)

Other than as set out in this document, and other than information previously disclosed to ARL shareholders, there is no other information that is known to ARL’s directors which may reasonably be expected to be material to the making of a decision by ARL shareholders whether or not to vote in favour of the capital reduction
