Well, let the legal vultures have a feast.

The problem with the paragraph below is that if you were a unit holder and you sold your units prior to the ARL deal with WCL you will receive nothing as you are not an ARL shareholder.

This is in conflict with WCL previous statements on this issue.

I am aware of some unit holders in this position.

I do not think WCL, ARL and PIFAG have any idea of where they are heading to and the consequences.
