ARL share price has underperformed due to 'perceived uneconomic' for KNP as last PFS done in 2014 used nickel price US$9/lb. So, for exercise purpose, I've used current SPOT price for both nickel and cobalt to recalculate NPV for both CLQ and ARL (based latest revising annual production):
1. NPV @8% after tax:
CLQ: A$887m (without scandium credit)
ARL: A$570m
2. Resources in ground value:
CLQ: A$48b
ARL: A$101b
3. Enterprise value:
CLQ: $475m
ARL: $30m
CLQ's latest presentation:
NPV@8% after tax: US$891m
with scandium credit: US$1.23b
