I lodged an official complaint relating to this with ASIC on...

I lodged an official complaint relating to this with ASIC on 12/2/2015. When I still had not received a response I lodged another complaint on the 16/4/2015 relating to the takeover  requesting acknowledgement of my further complaint. I then contacted them again on the 20/4/2015 when I still had not heard anything. On the 21/4/2015 I was contacted by ASIC
"ASIC has received communication from other persons about the offer and is currently considering the information provided. ASIC generally considers the information contained in take-over documents and is doing this in respect of this offer in the ordinary course of our business.

My apologies for not responding to you sooner."

Well we all know not to hold our breath waiting for a speedy outcome!!! (if there even is an outcome)
