I understand what you say in your last paragraph but I still get that quicksand feeling at the moment. Going through the ARM website there are no releases relating to any settlements which has been mentioned already.

It appear to be a relationship between Xstrata and ARM though. For ARM to play the game as you suggest (which is a possibility) and with the view of the relationship between Xstrata and ARM, wouldn?t Xstrata be frustrated who has an option with Nkwe? Or are they in on it?

Just a thought.
