2.Nathanblack ..I want to point out a problem that juniors must face everywhere cos in my travels on the net I came across a US mine..and the problem with their 'trust' arrangement...was nothing is disbersed until mining happens...catch 22. Promises cant be delivered ... if mining isnt underway...Nkwe got so close..and has to get this next step right or it sets a precadent of duped juniors, stalled mines etc. The rest of your post, I follow.
I just dont want to read a biased story one day that NKWE was a predator etc etc...and not know the real story..so I'll read every court case and try to understand the darn thing...from both sides.
