I think we may have all jumped to the wrong conclusion. Language reads very defensive. Perhaps they weren't happy with the suggestion that they were supporting the Beng app?

It states recent articles, I wouldn't class Feb '08 as recent. It is concerning that they used the words "no agreement in the past or present" & "with any party".

Another thing to add to the web! But as I have said before, there is little point until it is relisted and we can make up our own minds about what to do. ATM the train is jammed on the tracks- and by the time it is allowed to move we SHOULD know the position of those watching.
