Makes sense to me. There never was an "agreement" in 2008. All ARM and Anglo "agreed" to was to not commence legal action at the time. Surely no legal system would allow someone to give away their right to legal remedies in perpetuity.
Don't see a JV any time soon. LOL. Clearly PL's discussions with Anglo have not been open and honest. Another nail in the coffin.
