Well call it what you want I guess . I am suggesting a rally is possible in ARM over the next week and have some money to back my perception . I think the whole market is looking like a strong bounce but that is also "imo" .
ARM is cashed up, management are happy with exploration progress, market is down hard, 90 cent placement is fresh and untimely, and a "super profit" for the company is years off .
