I don't think you grasp the cost prohibitive factor in implementing ai at the edge
having an extremely cheap chip that can run popular CNNs at decent performance is going to create a market of cheap ai enabled products
thats why the company uses the phrase "in a way that is previously not possible"
how many applications don't exist today because you can't justify the cost to integrate sn AI chip into the product?
