Dber...I agree it looks like bottomed out...but problem is good likelihood of staying bottomed out for some time...as you say needs a decent announcement (re: in view of recent history a really DECENT announcement) to get sp moving...otherwise you and I have put some money into a stock that is doing nothing and paying the opportunity cost of not having it in a stock that is trending up....
Reading last quartely didn't give much confidence of announcement any time soon....deciding whether myself to bail at the mo....as bottoming out is good, but not if that means staying still and comotosed for some months, as on contrary taking small loss very quickly and redeploying funds elsewhere in stock moving/trending up in ST probably better option...
If I could put "not sure" as sentiment for this one I probably would...
