Steve Gostlow has passed on your e-mail regarding share volumes traded in Tox Free and asked me to respond.

There are no shareholders with a substantial shareholding (5% or greater) and there are 402,181,160 shares on issues in the Company. There was no underwriter to the rights issue and no party has held 5% or more of the stock.

The top 20 shareholders in the Company accounted for 41.72% in February, 40.95% in March, 41.47% in April and 41.37% in May with these figures being at months end in each case.

The share price level and the monthly 4C statements the Company is obliged by the ASX to make lend the stock to be of interest to day traders who could well account for volume from time to time particularly as the results to date have been very positive.
