ARM signed a Native Title Heritage agreement with the Wajarri Yamatji people only recently. This agreement will proove to be the key to unlocking this project. No Agreement - No drilling. You will have noticed in your detailed research (which obviously was not that detailed) that the tenements have only just been granted.
So ARM explored the areas pre-granting. Which means they will now be conducting drilling about a year prior to the speed at which most Company's would ever have dreamed of doing it.
