    If Magix bothered to check properly like I have in ringing the Company direct he would know

    The Wajarri Yamatji are the relevent native title claimant group for the Capricorn Southeast manganese project...Agreement with Aurora ..see announcement late 2009...tenements now granted
    The Jurruru objection relates to ground considerably to the north of the manganese at West of Road and closer to the Company's Talga Fault( Base Metals Project ). The Company is in no hurry for this to be granted and will allow it to take it's natural course with the worst case scenario of it being included in a WA State Heritage Agreement.

    Magix's reference to past BHP and RIO exploration is laughable to anyone who can read a report and map.
