a mail out of registration forms in relation to PIF Class Action. The register of members
was provided to Armstrong Registry Services by Johnston Winter Slattery.
Accordingly the registration forms have been mailed to the address contained
in the register of members provided by Johnston Winter Slattery.

Armstrong Registry was instructed to send registration forms to those addresses contained
in the register of members provided by Johnston Winter Slattery.”

Not too sure if fiduciary/due diligence duties come into it with respect of ARy
double checking with their own member records.
Would be easy enough on a double-monitor and an audited alphabetic listing of members.
Any thoughts out there?
Concerns continue with possibility of bona-fide members missing out.
