This may have been expected Cookie2;
Unfortunately, it did not occur to anyone at the time to ensure that a VERIFIED register
was used in any mailout.
In my case, contact with JWS was still in Sydney.
As soon as I moved in October 2010I notified Armstrong.
I could not expect that JWS will bypass CENTRAL REGISTER at Armstrong for their separate updates.
Hence this dangerous administrative kafuffle.

A lesson in foresight application?
