I received my Armstrong Reg. forms a few days ago. They reminded me that nothing to do with Ms Hutson's PIF is easy. Why the info required at this late stage is necessary is a mystery; surely by now our details should be indelibly recorded. It is also an added burden for elderly investors, but they have never been properly considered.

I challenge Ms Hutson to post out a "customer satisfaction" survey and publish the results.
