Yes, I had exactly the same thing happen. I received the letter today and rang Bentham IMF; they had the correct email address on file but told me the contact details had come from Armstrong. Mine would also have been a typo, but I've had previous email correspondence with Armstrong and I know they did have the correct email address on file. I mentioned to the guy from Bentham IMF about my perception of Armstrong's incompetence and costly services compared to other registry services and commented on the ownership of Armstrong. He could, of course, not comment but it made me feel better.
