armstrong stuffed up, page-6

I received a phone call today from someone named Janice who said she is with the Premium Income Fund and was returning my call. I had to stop and think for a moment as I couldn't recall ringing PIF; then I remembered I'd left a message for Armstrong Registry so mentioned that to Janice but said I did not ring the PIF. She hesitated and then said "Oh, well, I'm associated with Armstrong". So I told her of the letter I received from Bentham IMF that said my email address was incorrect. She checked my email address that Armstrong has on record and it was correct, so they had the correct email address after all. I don't understand how they could have stuffed it up when it was correct to start with???
