Jaolsa - Armstrong's dates don't have to be perfect to the day. A week either way is not a problem. Even the February 2007 which was particuarly good saw the US banks top out a couple of days early. I would tend to think early rather than late though because as more and more people become interested, a number would try and front-run it a bit.
