I thought I was safe when A1N paid $1.08 in June 23 for 15% of SXL.They are averaging down with this t/o but I am out of the money, I want all of my capital back not 80%.
I would be happy for SXL to continue as is as a listed entity but that is wishful thinking. I hope Allan Gray and Unique Asset Management who together hold approx. one third of SXL negotiate a higher price but I sense that is a long shot also.
