Oh gosh did it?? on my screen it still shows the lows of today is 0.7.
Classically you need the day to close at below 0.7 for the trend to be considered broken. An intra-day dip is still ok.
We still have a razor thin 2m shares on the buy side at 0.7, as of 2:09pm 1/1/20.
