I agree with your logic here and I'm sure PNV management are fully aware of the potential. Bare in mind, when you say "more ulcers than burns", a lot of the initial development was carried out by Dr Greenwood who is head of the burns unit at the RAH so it's not surprising burns has been the main focus todate.
