Hi All - I am confused. I can't find any reference to performance bonuses in the Annual General Meeting documents. I can find where we are asked to approve issue of shares to Directors in lieu of payment of Directors fees and also where they seek to get approval for issue of options as an incentive to eligible employees to align employee and shareholder interests. My understanding is that the share price will have to increase substantially for the options to have any value. If we vote against the issue of these options are we effectively saying to staff "we are not offering you any incentive to add some value for all of us - we don't really think you are worth it". Have I got it wrong?
