It would appear as if the Court Case will be adjourned again on the 10th, as it is only listed for Mention. Unless a settlement is agreed to, we can probably look forward to this dragging into next year.
I would be extremely disappointed if Management failed to explain their position at the AGM.
I realise the announcement today regarding 1st Malaysian sales was great, inferring growth, more income, and greater exposure, but I'm really struggling to maintain my faith at the moment. I would like to see some greater transparency than I am getting.
