Everything you say is right. However what happened is history. where share price stands now, with all the history of failures etc, I don't see any downside. You got to see the trading everyday and the effort being made to keep the price down. Yesterday itself, 10,000 shares bought at 62c but within seconds 50 something shares sold at 60.5c to ensure the price is capped. Whenever you see such struggle, you got to understand the motive behind this price action. This is minimum 1$ stock and I am expecting re-rating on 22nd August even if the report suggests that things are not deteriorating further.
