Deal stitched up through Euroz securities, which is a strong backer of ARQ, which means that Euroz clients will get much of the public offer at 20c, and will probably stag at about 28c, that's why Euroz have been heavy buyers of cvl today, even with a 6:1 capital restructure in cvl.
