I bought in today, as it seems all the bad news is out there and the selling seems to have ceased and there should be more upside than downside at this price.

It is possible that the stock could rise a little more before revisiting the previous low of 51.5 cents and then form a double bottom, before heading up.

Or alternatively it could break the lows and head even lower.

I am prepared to risk 10% from current levels and my stop loss is set accordingly, but my expectation is for higher prices.

However I would like to make one comment regarding the earlier Director buying of shares.

In my view the Directors identified issues with the business and went about fixing them. Once the underlying issues were fixed, the Directors felt confident that a higher share price was justified and went ahead and purchased shares.

For whatever reason, the market did not agree with the Directors own assessment.

Let's see how this goes over the next few weeks.
