** arq & voy * great timing It's very positive. As the ARQ share price rises so will the price of VOY. With VOY board approval and the neat fit VOY is for ARQ the deal is a fait accompli.
Interesting that the current trading status of ARQ and VOY is "closed" and not pre-open.
