so just on this, the agreement with China is coming to an end once they ‘earn out’ the agreement. Take a look on their annual report l, it may even be in the quarterly. I think it has 2 more years. Which is why they are seeking to build their own plant and why the US has not made life difficult.
To bring this back to ARR, they could quite easily keep MP to do the plant keep sending the high thorium stuff to China and move to something like le Paz.
Given that China owns a significant number of American dollars in circulation, no president will want to piss them off until you have a plan B.
so just on this, the agreement with China is coming to an end...
