Amigo, I think the military & DARPA have a long history of spending huge amounts of money on its priorities. ARR is unique in USA because it has two massive projects with only background radioactive metals in its ores. La Paz is at a more advanced stage than Halleck Creek. However, Halleck Creek has 7 to 10 times the grades of RREs than that of La Paz. The orebodies at both projects have rare earths carried by epidote mineral, Currently ARR has several research institutes doing advanced metallurgical testing and the metallurgy that they develop for the ore at La Paz will be transferred directly to Halleck Creek. From this point, any facilitation by military and DARPA will boost ARR's progress. Let's see what happens in the next three months.
