Hello. I have no issues with arresting leaders of Hamas however they will struggle with some of the allegations because:

1. No evidence for rape the last time i looked.

2. No evidence for hostages held in inhumane conditions but the opposite. For example, one Zionist girl has her arm given the best of medical treatment.

3. Ample video & testimonial evidence the IDF killed many Zionists at the concert & in the Kibbitz.

Also, I struggle to see Hamas were engaged in any "war". The stupid & reckless Hamas actions on Oct 7 to me were simply a reaction to the years of oppression, violence & murder by the Zionists. Its like accusing those who did the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising of "war crimes".
