Hello @beefarmer. Your post is illogical. While it is true the actions of Hamas were reckless, Hamas at best are a resistance group opposing Occupation by an Occupying Power. At worst, Hamas are an Israeli proxy.
The bottom line is Israel must follow International Law and it has not.
Hamas is merely a small group of people. Israel is a country under the United Nations and, being so, it holds many legal obligations under International Law.
Israel has broken the International Law very seriously.
Where as the actions of Hamas pale into insignificance in comparison to Israeli crimes prior to Oct 7.
