Yes, the biggest issue for Palestinians in Gaza is that they are trapped and have no where to go to avoid being bombed by the IDF assassins.
The other issues is that Israel controls all the flow of Aid into Gaza, and is using this as a weapon of War against the Palestinian populace in collective punishment. Further Israel has cut off or destroyed all electricity supply and water treatment plants. There is little if any access to sanitation for over 2 million stranded Palestinians!
It is this that the ICC have taken issue with, and rightly so have now issued the arrest warrants for Netanyahu!
