How often do Administrator reports actually find (or dare report) possible illegal activities by Boards? I would assume that there are very few instances. Much more likely that the report will be the minimum required and vague enough to avoid pointing the finger at anyone in particular ... instead it will be general risk, unforeseeable occurrences, etc etc. Chances are very slim shareholders will see anything in any shape or form, or will even get to take it to court.
