while all the fluffing around is going on,I see only two things currently happening.

1/The cash being generated by the ARI group continues to grow -call it $500m a year or $250m this half if comments seen here are true.Steel making buckets other than Whyalla which may be breaking even and IO price above the magic $50 US that even the last lot of management said would be cash generating.
2/One could naturally assume short term loans made to assist the administrators will be repaid by the this cash currently generated.

To put it bluntly -the loans to ARI administrators to cover Moly-Cop which impending court action in the U.S. could be repaid to the banks concerned that have given them preference over Moly-Cop,before any Moly-Cop sale needs take place.
Commitment has been made to upgrade the quality of IO produced which automatically means more steel made for less energy at Whyalla of course.

ARI once all the fluffing around is over may very well be providing its own liquidity for ongoing business.
So politically S.A. needs more power generation near major centers, such as Whyalla.
That is another matter to be resolved if S.A. wants downstream mining investment and the heat from the blast furnace is of course going begging.

Just my ignorant thoughts of course.
Along with what is the value of $1bn stock on hand/work in progress at the year end???????
