KM will be making Bluescope compete for any buyout of Arrium Australia. But once Molycop is sold off for say $1.60 Billion in cash, it could be a takeover target for anyone. Lifting it out of administration may make it then easier for someone to take it over using cash and shares (and importantly getting this $2 Billion in tax losses).
