Finally some common sense being discussed, why has it taken this long for both co's. to consider such an action? Not until both are virtually on their knees has the oneupmanship game finally ended and some serious consideration about a merger. Hopefully ego will be put on the backburner and an outcome beneficial to both companies be reached.
