Lots of posts referring to the VA as 'not as bad' as alternatives. VA is usually to structure favourable exit strategies for previous directors and related parties.

Can't see how a DOCA would work long term based on debt levels. Don't look at net tangible assets at this point as once Grant Thorton starts charging their abhorrent amount of fees to basically even wake up any remaining funds will diminish at an alarming rate. At a snapshot this looks like then end.
