We'll have to wait for the 2nd creditor's meeting but I'd be extremely surprised if the group was insolvent at time of appointment.

They were close, the UBS Lizard and GSO invoices probably put them even closer. Plummer and Smedley the corporate filth should throw the money in the bucket to pay for those opportunistic parasites.
