600km distance would required (600x1000)x70kg of steel x4 assuming 2 lines and each line have 2 tracks. So the minimal steel requires by ARI is 168,000 tones of special made steel for rail. With current world market steel is $185/tone (China made). Let say with special required to enhance it structure let say come around $400/tone by ARI. Therefore the projection cost would be some where (168,000 x $400) around $67mil.
