    That was an excellerated rights issue and all the funds agreed to the buy in.

    So there is a few people that walked a way with 100s of Millions and walked away scott free.

    And then there is Funds and investors that have been shafted by Hundreds of Millions

    If I was the Government Id cease the 100s of Millions that directors walked away with.

    Id arrest the buggers and take all the cash and assets they took and divert it back to the company.
