I doubt that it's on the back burner , but in a difficult market like this , positive cash flow is the key for survival hence there primary focus is to generate a cash positive balance sheet from OTC sales .
I can see the strategy but t doesn't help the anxiety levels towards progressing midkine as that's the real game changer.
