This is the most sensible post I have read on MEO all day! I personally want them to issue as little capital as possible, which they have done.
They have removed the risk of losing Atermis, while issuing minimal stock at a reasonable price.
Think of all the capital raisings this year at 30-60% discounts to share prices at the time.
The lack of information is frustrating, but all will be revealed in time.
For those that think the institutional/soph investors are selling the shares they bought at 45c, I'd suggest you're mistaken. They have't even settled on these shares or been issued the shares yet. Last time I checked, you can no longer sell something you don't own yet.
