Answer: We (the retail invetors) would have an opportunity to participate on the same basis as Jurgen's mates.

"Also, the time it would take to have the CR done for retail investors would be 2-3 weeks by the time it;s finalised....."

Answer: They have already raised the funds required. The time it takes for a SPP does not matter. So what if it took another month? At least we would not be diluted to the extent we have been.
