    I believe your right BH. BPT was sold down after this was announced also, traders didn't even let it go for a bit. People were thinking that there was at least another $100m that should have been in the deal. AOE went up, investors may have been rather happy with the purchase price just for a reversal of fortune between the two.

    Maybe CNX went down due to this, caught up in the overall thoughts on valuing the sector??
