Yes, we should have got to keep the cash, the power stations and the pipeline before accepting that stupid offer.
How do you think we are going to start the new company, doing the drilling and everyhting else that goes along with it without cash...???
IMHO we will have to immediately do a capital raising to start, or do an IPO instead. As to how long that will take it is anyone's guess but, IMHO it will not happen overnight.
IMHO, for me they can keep their AOEI shares and shove it. I would prefer the cash to put it where I would prefer best myself.
As for the last part of your paragraph, I am sure that Shell didn't wait for the sp to go down so that they could pounce. THEY MANIPULATED IT DOWN INTENTIONALLY.
