i think if an offer came out tomorrow, you would be looking at $1.
3P and impending 2P upgrade will some baring in negotiations. I think if they were left alone for 12 months and hit their expected 1300 2P (of which ESG owns 65%), it is another story altogether.
Who knows, it would be great to see 3P upgraded with a few additional contracts signed.
